Order handling time 1-3 business days (MON-FRI)
Shipping fee (Domestic): We charge $5 USD on each order under $100
Shipping fee (International): We charge $29.99 USD on each order

Shipping/transit: US customers can expect to receive their item(s) in 5-8 business days (MON -FRI) .

International customers are responsible for any duties associated with the purchase.
Please note that US customers receive tracking via USPS.
In instances where items used for printing are out of stock, information referencing delays will be posted on each individual item and/or emailed to the customer.

Canceling Orders
If you change your mind after placing an order on the website,A1Shop4Toys , please contact us immediately to cancel your order. We will issue a full refund provided your order has not been prepared and shipped. To cancel order contact us by mail at sales@a1shop4toys.com within 48 hours.
Additional
In some instances, with graphic images (not font), the actual graphic may be increased in size for clarity in our store. This is not considered a defect in quality or product. Please note that colors may not be exact, but extremely close, due to digital mockup limitations and varying screen resolutions.
If for any reason there is a defect in our product, the customer has approximately 10 (calendar) days from the date of package RECEIPT to notify us of the defect.
Additionally, we are NOT responsible for post office issues relating to lost/stolen packages and/or incorrect provided shipping addresses. For example, if your tracking number shows that your package was “successfully delivered” then it becomes the responsibility of the post office.
