You have 14 days from the time you get your item to request a return under our 14-day return policy.

Your item must be unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in the original packing in order to be eligible for a return. The invoice or other evidence of purchase is also required.

You can get in touch with us at sales@a1shop4toys.com to begin a return. In the event that your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return postage label and shipping instructions. We won’t accept items that are sent back to us without first requesting a refund.

Cost of return shipping

Retuning does not incur a restocking fee.

When this occurs and the products are not correct by us, damaged by the carrier, or There are no expenses associated with returning the goods if they are only partially faulty.

However, if you need to return an item because you ordered the incorrect thing, it doesn’t fit, or you no longer want it, you will be responsible for paying your own postage costs.

Processing Returns: Steps

1. Request a return authorization number from customer service.

2. Package your return and send it in.
Make sure the shipment package is clearly marked with the return authorization number.

3. We get the reimbursement.

4. The response is examined.

5. If the item is found to be in working order, we will give a refund or replacement at your request.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
